CIS of Asheville – Rafting trip donated to summer camp

ASHEVILLE — The French Broad Rafting Expeditions donated a five-mile whitewater rafting trip for kids enrolled in the Children First/Communities In Schools of Buncombe County Project MARCH Summer Camp.

The trip was donated by French Broad Rafting Expeditions owners Michael and Mitch Hampton.

Children First/CIS Program MARCH Summer Camp is a partnership with the YMCA of Western North Carolina to provide free summer camp for 36 at-risk children between the ages of 8-12.
